A Geek Place in Beijing

I just wanted to mention one of my favorite places, the Ancient Observatory in Beijing. Having spent a few months working in Beijing about ten years ago, I spent several quiet Sunday afternoons at the Observatory, a great place to escape from the otherwise frantic city. The bronze instruments are pretty cool too.
